QUOTE(hafez13 @ Nov 8 2017, 02:59 AM) Wonder whens the plan going to come out, not sure if i wanna change plan or buy directly from apple.. I don't think you have much time to think when the plan is out and when u need to snatch with some pre-orders guys, suggest you study on iPhone 8+ plan on both 78 & 108, something quick similar should be on X. Remember what you see on 1st page doesn't include plan and phone GST, the 6% only shows on the last page of the payment.Using plan rm80digi atm If I would go digi plan, i go for 108 one.. but dunno worth or not.. |

QUOTE(attw @ Nov 8 2017, 01:10 PM) I’ll be in Singapore in December, flights already booked. So maybe will buy there. Never been to an Apple Store, believe it or not, ha ha (very mountain tortoise) Get a GST claim to compensate the price different, make sure you don't buy online at Apple Store 1st if you intend to claim GST. From my CC chargers, it cost me >RM6k for 256GB. So MYS cheaper in this case |

This is my 1st time in my 10th iPhone purchased since 2007 other than iPhone 2G I got overseas unit. I got 2 units from SG and yes I did my research well before doing so as I also worry about warranty.
I did a chat with Apple guys online and had a copy email of our chat that set from HK, SG, US can be claimed in our local service center so long it is not void warranty like open unit, refurbished unit, this is same as the unit we purchased in Malaysia. What I remember many years back this may not be possible, overseas unit before 6 may not be entertained. But I did also call Apple twice that if I can claim overseas unit, the answer is YES so long the country allows it since Apple never stop ppl from claiming international warranty but just a bureaucracy thing. Since Malaysia going to have iPhone X on 24th, of course getting Malaysia set will always be better choice. Every time I sell my iPhone, I am asked if it is local set. For you all want to have it on 1st day, do some research how to be faster than the rest to get it ordered online at midnight. |

QUOTE(fadzly @ Nov 9 2017, 10:29 PM) Select all? It cost me over RM600 to take flight and cab, MRT and meal in SG. My trip wasn't that bad, it is costly, but happy owners of 2 iPhone X. Not to mentioned it cost me over RM6000 using my CC with poor conversion. Anyway we do this for what we love, still worth it.Nway, I wanna share my experience buying iPhone x in singapore. The worst ever experience crossing the causeway. I've been detained by the narcotic team lead by a female malay young officer. 100% car check with urine check. Best of all, my father who Ride with me to singapore for work, almost late for his work. Cost for second link tuas - Plaza toll around Rm8 +~$10, ERP - flat rate $5 Parking for 10 minute at Orchard road $3 Crossing causeway rm10 + $2 Dinner at McDonald's $25 Total lost rather than having it cheaper price Rm200 minimum. Moral of the story, just wait for Malaysia's Launching date. |

QUOTE(kcy1606 @ Nov 10 2017, 09:27 AM) Been using X for a week since it's launched last week. Turn off Truetone, suspect firmware bugs.Love everything on this phone. The only concern is the screen tone looks yellowish. Some ppl comment that the notch is annoying but when u really hold the phone, the notch is not obvious at all. I would definitely pick X over Mi Mix 2. One of the main reasons is Apple will continue to support future software updates on X over years. I don't think XiaoMi will support Mi Mix 2 for more than 2 years. |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Nov 10 2017, 10:52 AM) What brand was it? The Hoda tg without full coverage is Rm68. I am waiting for my Hoda full coverage TG with soft edges at around Rm30 bought at taobao on 11.11. Will try if it is better than my current Baseus. The silver is nice. But I still prefer the space grey because of the darker side linings I dont like the chrome. Too much bling. |

QUOTE(royalz @ Nov 15 2017, 11:05 AM) hi guys , is it hard to get Iphone X in Singapore? Not sure if will be the same in Malaysia during launch later? Make sure you stay awake tomorrow night, by 12am Friday, start buying the target place you want to buy online, and collect on next Friday. Do all the studies and make sure you have the fastest internet speed and platform to chase with other buyers. Speaking of that, I did train well before I manage to secure 2 in Singapore on the 1st day of launch. You need to do some homework and preparation if you want to get 1st day of launch. |

QUOTE(Fjive @ Nov 16 2017, 02:23 PM) Dilema dilema...have you decided? Not usually so indecisive, maybe because whichever model I end up choosing will stay with me for 2-3 years. Dont want to regret iPhone X, coming from 6+, 6S+ and 7+, definitely X much nicer to hold and FaceID is so much cooler, I wish my iPad Pro has FaceID now, not used to touchID as faceID is so much convenient. I have used TouchID for 4 years, FaceID not even 2 weeks I already got use to it.[attachmentid=9342603] |

QUOTE(yupio @ Nov 17 2017, 03:35 PM) Haha can the 7+ and 8+ really make profit? I have put my 7 128 and 7 + 256 up on sale...been reducing my price and yet no taker. My friend paid RM4200(after coupon and discount voucher) at Lazada, imported US set with qualcomm chip for 8+ 256GB, that could be one of the reason. Also, I am seeing people selling the 8+ 256 at RM4k and no taker...thought the RRP was 4899 or something. How much 7+ 256GB u were selling btw? I sold both my 7+ 128GB in few hours. |
