This is my 1st time in my 10th iPhone purchased since 2007 other than iPhone 2G I got overseas unit. I got 2 units from SG and yes I did my research well before doing so as I also worry about warranty.

I did a chat with Apple guys online and had a copy email of our chat that set from HK, SG, US can be claimed in our local service center so long it is not void warranty like open unit, refurbished unit, this is same as the unit we purchased in Malaysia. What I remember many years back this may not be possible, overseas unit before 6 may not be entertained. But I did also call Apple twice that if I can claim overseas unit, the answer is YES so long the country allows it since Apple never stop ppl from claiming international warranty but just a bureaucracy thing.

Since Malaysia going to have iPhone X on 24th, of course getting Malaysia set will always be better choice.

It cost me over RM600 to take flight and cab, MRT and meal in SG. My trip wasn't that bad, it is costly, but happy owners of 2 iPhone X. Not to mentioned it cost me over RM6000 using my CC with poor conversion. Anyway we do this for what we love, still worth it.

Come on, this is iPhone X, no need to do so la, charge it full before u start the day cuz you are going to busy playing the phone every time you are awake. First thing I like to do everyday is excited of seeing the nice natural color screen.

iPhone X, coming from 6+, 6S+ and 7+, definitely X much nicer to hold and FaceID is so much cooler, I wish my iPad Pro has FaceID now, not used to touchID as faceID is so much convenient. I have used TouchID for 4 years, FaceID not even 2 weeks I already got use to it.

I have it for 2 weeks now, still very excited with the new gesture, faceID(kind of easy than put my finger on touchID while holding phone) and nice camera. Display is definitely a plus. Most exciting design on on this 10th iPhone so far.
