Help connect to internet, using dopod 838 pro and macbook

hi, guys

i hv dopod 838 pro and macbook and try to make connection to the internet using 3G service (Celcom). i run an internet and found this website:

http://www.taniwha.org.uk/

i hv follow the instruction mentioned at the website but still failed to connect to the internet.

i'm getting the error message:

"No carrier detected. Please check phone line connection and try again"

and

"The connection has failed. Please verfy your setting and try again"

Can sombody help... please icon_question.gif cry.gif anyone has this problem before and if possible. i need step-by step guide... thanks in advance..

One more question:

How to print screen in apple (macbook)???

are u already switch on bluetooth ?

i'm ok with my Nokia 6680, and i'm able to connect to internet via 3G Maxis

please follow all the instruction when setup bluetooth

Sorry off topic a little. May i know which software you use to sync your Dopod to the Macbook? Missing Sync? Just wondering how if Windows Mobile plays well with OSX. Thanks.

i dont sync my dopod with osx but only paired my dopod to macbook to access to the internet.

however u can use missing sync to sync your dopod to your macbook. work like charm.. rclxms.gif

still have problem with my connection to the internet... shakehead.gif

already check out your blog. well frankly speaking i dont understand at all and it very hard for me to related Yast (linux) to Mac as i am no expect in either Mac or Linux.

However, i think i set up the bluetooth connection with Macbook correctly.

if you did it well, you should able to connect to 3G .

did u enter login and password for 3G connection ?

it seem that everything solved as i can finally connected to internet using my dopod. icon_idea.gif with a little configuration in my macbook setting up the connection

anyway, thanks for your help. thumbup.gif
