Hi, I want to build a PC for 1080p high setting.

But I don't know this kind of spec still worth it to build or not?

I able to get some parts for cheap price.

Total cost around 3K

I need some advise.

e3 1220v2 is only quad core quad thread, ivy bridge era, very old liao, hard to upgrade. the psu too small, better buy atleast bronze 80+ psu, you dont want your whole pc burning down, other than that, if you calculate the current prices for a rx480 (due to mining shenanigan) i'd say its a pretty okay deal, though you might want to check on the rx480 if its been previously used for mining, if got say no to the deal
