Hi everyone, I am a fresh graduate looking for room around PJ area. I am a Chinese Female. May I know which area of PJ is safe to stay? I would like to get a room which is walking-distance to MRT for ease of working.

I initially consider Kota Damansara but I received a lot of bad reviews complaining the safety and a lot of foreign people especially the black.

PJ and MRT.
limited area actually.

Tropicana Gardens aka Kota Damansara fits the criteria but since you received bad reviews of the locale, then the next station is in Mutiara Damansara. There's a Surian condo there for your consideration.
Following the line, next stop is Bandar Utama. in my mind no clear 'safe' condo within walking distance thereabout.
next one is TTDI which offer a few good alternatives.
The Greens, Sinaran, Ascencia, Glomac Damansara may fit the bill.

good luck!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I wanted to rent around these areas but its a bit difficult to go MRT station. I know there are buses to MRT station but are they punctual?

I'm currently renting a room in Desa Kiara Condominiums. You can try your luck there.

I find it pretty okay so far.

you should go see for yourself instead of just listening but honestly there is no where safe in pj and you can take it from a guy who had spent more than 2 decades growing up in pj.

Pj is a very nice expensive area, your salary might not enough to pay the rent especially better areas in pj.

The MRT feeder bus service is quite regular during peak hours-- 10-15 minutes from what I've heard.
