hi , i want to create my own pc case using my design and manufacture it
my question is , does anyone know what software to use to do design , is it autocad or something
and how to manufacture my pc case ( or mass produce if have commercial value ) , where is the place should i go ? factory or something
sorry for bad english , hopefully someone can give me something to start with

Getting Started

The easiest start will be Sketchup. Design it in 3D and then lay it out into 2D to produce 2D-plan drawing. Often export as DWG and send to fabricators. SUre, there are tons of other more complex software to go for, just they will takes a bit more time & effort to learn.
It's kinda hard to find fabricator locally, fabrication factory simply won't take small hobby job. I'd opt to find on China's Taobao, though there is always risk involved, so having a friend that is good with Taobao will helps. Services for laser cutting, CNC various materials are available no matter how small your job is they will take it.

Google Sketchup. For fast and almost accurate measurements, Adobe Illustrator would be good too.
