this one macam leasehold... cant even compare to EH already... price should be cheaper than EH alot... considering the design and the land title...

justifiable given they are leasehold... smaller land size... normal dull concept... facilities above the car park levels..

for same size... the total price should be more than 100k difference...

They are mutually terminating the NDA
And returning the financial side ( loan , interest and so on) and also giving a certain percentage for all the trouble.

They want to break the condo down to the parking lot level and then rebuild it back with a new design and new branding
So I assume new name , new size , and other things included.

Feel sad for the buyers.
Still doesn’t make any sense that it had poor Sale as the location was really good.

pricing is the main problem... they selling as expensive emerald hills... but they are leasehold and just an ordinary condo without anything bombastic... emerald hills give you whole township feeling with alot of landscaping and space for buyers to enjoy... so when comparing both side by side... I sure buy emerald hills already...
