The project is : Leasehold
Booking Fee is : 1k
Low Density
Location wise is excellent, as long as you dont get the ones facing the run down shop lots near Emerald Project.
Anything lower than 12 floor should be okay for that side , but facing Alam Damai Landed Houses, doesnt matter what floor you get as the view is excellent.

I must add this place is really green and shaded with lots of ppl jogging in the morning and even into the night.
And you can avoid traffic by using the alam damai township road and exit at OCBC near the Altitude Condo. So early morning traffic can be avoided up to that point, which is an exit itself.

This project is about to be cancelled.
Sales has stopped and showroom is closed.

Showroom sales personal are clueless, been a few months.
Development has also halted at the construction site.

It seems they are re branding, however being a large developer, they haven't come out to inform and have been silent about this.
Current owners are also awaiting for news, but none available at the moment.

They are mutually terminating the NDA
And returning the financial side ( loan , interest and so on) and also giving a certain percentage for all the trouble.

It seems what they are giving is seriously peanuts.
Merely a few percent and they are using lawyers to quickly settle the issue.

They want to break the condo down to the parking lot level and then rebuild it back with a new design and new branding
So I assume new name , new size , and other things included.

I&P turns out to be a shitty developer. A failure in the making
Unsure if the new condo structure will be good since they are building it from parking back

Feel sad for the buyers.
Still doesn’t make any sense that it had poor Sale as the location was really good.
