FYI the bullsh*t that we call music right now has roots stretching back to the early '50s and '60s and it's called Hip Hop, which is a huge part of black music, along with motown, jazz, blues and soul. You don't like it no problem but at least give props where it's due.

Loot EVERYTHING (spoon, plate, glass, burned book... anything you can take) and sell them. Your karma might goes down but with a bit of level later you can get a house and a robot with INFINITE clean water and you can give it to those beggars asking for clean water to improve your karma. Weird game design element consider you have no problem getting clean water while others have to drink from toilet bowl.... 

Also, some visited area will repopulate like rabbits after heat season faster than you think so you can get more loots from them.

Look for Fort Independence and give them whatever technology crap you found to them and opted for stimpack as reward. I manage to get 240 stimpacks with some Mark 2 power armor and Plasma Rifle, after encounter with the Enclave.

Go to Tenpenny Tower and steal everything there. 
Also try to lockpick the armory in Megatown for TONS of GUNS and AMMO.

personally i hate those Sentry Bot the most, it waste lots of bullets and end up only give me 10 exp.
i rather go to killed raider....i shoot 10-30 exp

1. MINE GAMES - Place LOTS of mines near enemy NPC spawn points, so that when you revisit that location, you'll see them get blown to bits automatically, FREE KILL!!!!

2. DOUBLE WAMMO!!! - Throw a nade at the enemy, quickly switch to VATS before it explode and throw another nade in VATS mode. The two nades will explode at the same time!!!! DOUBLE DAMAGE!!!

3. LOOK MOM, NO VATS!!! - Zoom in at the enemy NPC with VATS, exit VATS and fire really really fast. You'll get the accuracy of VATS without even using a single AP points. (doesnt work all the time, I'd say 80% accuracy.)

4. FREE NUCLEAR - Dont waste your time shooting at dozens of enemy NPC near DC when they gang up on you, just shoot the vehicle near them and KABLOOOOEEEY!!!!!

Finally managed to get the face I want.

yeah...feel sorry for the followers.. they always slow us down and not that powerful at all.. a burden for me..
