can i play fallout 3 using windows vista sp1? mine is vista sp1 and i cannot play cuz when i try to install the microsoft net framework it cannot install cuz it says need sp2. did anyone play using vista sp1?

I can start the game d but i cannotplay... I start new game then there's a baby crying.. after that the game ask if im a boy or a girl..i choose then the game just show me the doctor's stupid face there and nothing happe...i try moving my mouse oso nothing.. can some one teach me what i shud do?

i give up trying to play fallout...stewpid game.. next time will not buy any games from this developer...can only buy from trusted developer like blizzard... stepid fallout 3..shud think b4 buying
