Sure, even those raider inside & outside the super duper mart that i kill first visit. Later past a week in game time comeback to the super mart those body were at the same spot but starting to rot, after quit & reload game same. But my advise is not to ignore those item don't know will lost or not, maybe another NPC may loot it. Better used fast travel back to megaton & kept it in your house or sell it.

I'm using melee all the time to take out most of those raiders & super mutants using melee or hunting rifle. Just run straight infront face to face & kept slashing at their head usually those using hunting rifle, assault rifles, pistol cant shoot u. Unless they use mini gatling, fatman that those weapon can kill u before can get close to them.

I have played this game for quite awhile, why cant i find dogmeat? I even finish the minefield quest but last time i saw a dog looks like dogmeat at the super dupermart but it wont follow me or move just stand at there. After a few revisit its gone.

You guys should visit vault 106 it has some pretty good armor inside such as power armor, recon armor & science bobblehead. Inside only has those idiot melee npc.

Power armor included the helmet. The design should looks like the main menu outfit but need to go to citadel learn the skill before can wear it.

I just install the HD Patch, sure improves the graphic texture even setting on high not ultra but need to turn off AA or it may lag at some point while playing.

I rarely encounter crash as i play the game more longer time mostly 3 to 6 hours per day. No game patch or anything just only HD Patch but i just disable my fddshow codecs on the codec tweak by K-Lite.

i don't think so, my pc crash more if turn it off. So that's mean everyone would have random crash, unless someone create a patch but i don think it will be out soon or not.

Did u install direct-x comes together with the game, the Microsoft net. framework & the latest graphic card driver?
Have u try lowering your game graphic setting?

No level lock mod from nexus website, doesn't seem to work on me. Currently max level 20 wont increase anymore even with mod. Tested all mod seems same, the hd patch works fine. Any ideas?

i'm using 8800gt but i cant set everything to ultra just high details AA : off & Af : 15. Mostly can get 50+ fps.

Install:
Navigate to "C:My Documents/My Games/Fallout3" (or equivalent on XP)

Open Fallout 3.ini
Find the line "bInvalidateOlderFiles=0" and change the 0 into a 1
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1

Now navigate to the fallout 3 install directory and copy the contents of this torrent and overwrite if prompted.

The DLC - Operation Anchorage is somehow nothing much special and the ending were crap. Just only the loot at the armory were not bad. I dont understand is why the brotherhood of steel attack me if after i took nearly all the items in the armory.

Yup the ending were total bull & chesscake. The Chinese soldier talks funny mandarin accent. The only special loot were the chinese stealth suite.

You need to changing your clothes that can increase your speech skill, charisma & luck before talking. This method won't 100% work but it will increase the chance.

After killing all those enclave soldier before going out the gate. Backtrack all the way & pick up those goodies from the dead body as you wont come back here again if u went out. Throw out those overweight armor on the ground & fast travel back to your house & fast travel back mostly those items will still be there.

Actually u don't need to loot all armor just loot extra 1 unit for repairs and mostly u still encounter enclave soldier on the waste land. Loot extra if u want to sell it for weapons or ammo *mini nukes* at rivet city.
