Sony handycam model DCR-HC38E the prblem is when i plug in the i LINK cable at my
comp and DV at my handycam but the program that use to transferd the video says (please check your i LINK cable)i did not find wat cause the problem is, mybe the cable damage or something else can you guys help me out with this problem |

hi! Guess wat? i'm having the same problem also... mine one is HC20E.... i use to be able to copy the mv into my PC but now cannot already. I have went to the shop, but the seller is so blur blur... they dunno how the technical thing one... sigh!
plz help!!! |

1. try with other pc.
2. change the firewire cable. if it is still fail send it to SONY service center. |
