Anyway I feel for everyone who had so much pain dealing with the bad CS. I'm a FF gym-goer. I have yet to encounter any problem with them and everyone's been pretty nice. After speaking to the consultant and signed my contract, another staff came to talk to me and said, "Whatever the consultant promised or spoke to you is void if it contradicts or not stated in the contract. Please ask me any questions right now if there is anything that is unclear." Basically they are SMART in making a disclaimer that whatever the Consultant says is not accounted for if it's not in the contract/ T&C. But on the good side, this makes you READ the contract.
