i also finished my contract last month. but they still deduct payment from my credit card. they (TF) said that eventgh your contract is 2yrs hv finish, you need to come to the TF outlet that uve enrolled to cancel the contract and see the operation manager.

aiya...sudah habis kontrak lagi mau jupe manager ka???i went there, but the people said have to make appointment with the manager... it took me 4days to talk and make a appntmnt with him (after i bebel on the phone.hahaha).

i dunno la why they make the termination so DIFFICULT. mase enrol, senang tak perlu jupe manager.

btw guys, wish me luck this coming mon. i will c the manager and settle this issue.

p/s: the manager quite funny when he ask me, can you come in the morning?HELLO???im a importnnt person in the company, u wan me to skip my working hr just to c u for my termination??aiya.....sumtime manager pun kurang cerdik
