My friend and myself signed up as member in December 2007 and that CONsultant has offered the below membership package terms:-
1. RM160 x 12 months = RM1920, which amounts to RM 2016 (inclusive GST)
2. Additional six (6) months membership that ultimately extends the membership to a total of 18 months.
Soon after signing up, this is when our perception for True Fitness service standards gradually to goes down the drain. After COUNTLESS follow-ups from December 2007, only some time in Oct 2008 that we received our starter kit!
And now, in November 2008, my friend received a call from another representative that our memberships are near expiry. This is nonsense!!! Therefore we seek clarification and approach True Fitness service counter staff on the following weekend. To our dismay, it is confirmed that our membership is expiring at Dec 2008.
This matter is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! We felt cheated and conned!
i also tell the consultant tat i wan to see the manager, or give me an email coz i wan to send letter to headquarter complain. but keep telling me that they dont know their manager's contact number and email address.. $%^#^$%^#$%^ . just give me their business card (hv the center address and phone number only. trust me, who goin to answer the phone? is the center consultant).
i've decided to forward a complaint to the Malaysia Consumers' Rights Department and the BNM Complaint Bureau.
btw, who have their CEO's email address? so that I can CC to him as well..
