same case as u, I and my friend were cheated by true fitness, they have send us the lawyer letter now & if still not make full sum & penalty, they will issue summons on us. i am no idea what to do at this moment.As we are doing auto debit & not hold credit limit. We were getting threat to sign on the contract / agreement on nite time , almost 11pm.

i wonder, the said agreement, legally? in my agreement (corpon copy), there is no any signature from witness , represtantive even, tat mean no offerer is it?

Lucky on 1 issue, we are fill in those friend contact, all is false.

however, my friend was commented that we are gonna lose the case if bring to court, as we have aware on committment, what to do? i scare.

they r sucker ! last time lie me and my couple join it, in fact we not plan to pay money, we plan to ask information, however around 11pm, dont let us go , and force us to sign the subsriptioin form (in fact is contract, due to is js one piece of paper, i reallly didn't notice there is CONTRACT)

and d saleman say try one mth, next mth can cut
so of cos d real story is u must finish 24 mth
then after i pay d money around 1/2 year for nothing
then i terminate it
then so many year later
now chase me pay d money and say is final reminder
really kns
of cos, at last time, we did try to resolve this problem
i call to d manager and even is general manager in charge, say that maybe i compensate few months fee, so i terminate it, however at d end get scold.
wtf.

i wonder any other how to solve this TF suck
