guys, i'm a 2nd year law student. here's my suggestion for these situations:

1) the sales girl/guy told you that you can quit anytime - overrides the 1 year contract,whatever the sales girl/guy said is legally binding. doesnt matter if the promoter already quit.

2) if u are aware that the contract is 1year and signed it,then you have to finish it no matter what. cant say house far etc.

my other suggestion:

1) to those others having trouble, please go to http://www.fomca.org.my/ . make it an initiative to do something before it gets too late.

2) find a datuk friend or power people to help you

nope, what she say does not need to be in the contract paper you sign.

got big chance to win but on the other hand court will ask whether u read the contract or not so must prepare for that too.

if the TF worker say can quit anytime + its written in the contract then no problem. if they continue charging u after u quit, freaking sue them.

anyways, got anything consult a lawyer.

i hope TF and other money sucking companies will bankrupt and the owners die. Everyday harass people to join and continue charging people who have already quit.

This is similar to Yun Nam hair care. When package want end they keep say got promotion should continue and other bs.
