I too am blacklisting true fitness jaya33.. to be honest.. all other outlets because of this one. My wife signed with TF as a means to occupy her time during my posting overseas. In the mid of my assignment she got pregnant hence stopped going to TF. When she called her consultant, he said it's ok, just cancel after you deliver and you'll get your money refunded. After losing track of this, we finally went to get the refund end of last year and until now have been chasing everyone: Shah, Raj, Ms. Ernie - useless never calls back, Operations Mgr - never gave his name.. and the list of people goes on. In Dec 2012, they offered us to transfer the membership for the duration my wife couldn't go but I refused.. and after chasing multiple times, arguing over the phone, visiting the branch.. today I just received a rejection letter via email from someone in management. The person didn't even have the courtesy to state from whom this email/letter is from. Ms. Ernie, the supposed manager of that branch, also never gave me a courtesy call to explain the situation. This is unacceptable to me and as a minimum I will file a complaint against the ministry of consumer affairs and write to the Malay Mail, etc. I will forever continue criticising TF and will try to stop anyone who's considering to join TF from now on..
