Hey guys.. During past OSXs, my 2012 rMBP 15" didn't have loud fan issue.. Only upon installing Sierra during the past year, this loud fan problem arises..

I did open up the laptop to blow the fan dust away, but it didn't help... Should i also put new thermal paste on it?

I still like this laptop as it is still very fast & portable, and might only consider doing a battery change..
