Who is the developer? When I google, I get the name Harta Intan but when I call them, they deny they are the developer and hung up on me. They sounded cagey and kinda angry.

Yea, i saw some buyers here in this thread mentioned they signed S&P 2 years ago. Probably they might have more info what happened.

The signboard at the construction site shows Harta Intan is the developer, quite weird that they deny it (as claimed by one of the forummer above)
