Hi all, im looking for room or studio unit to rent, can be either landed or condo or apartment, details as below:

- Budget from RM500-800
- mainly Petaling Jaya area, kelana or damansara or BU also can
- further area will take consideration if nearby kota damansara
- include utilities fee, can be without internet. (to be discuss if studio unit)
- include parking is a must (landed house at least can park roadside without saman or blocking neighbor..)
- furnished or semi or non doesn't matter, same as aircon. survive with just fan

other details:
working lady chinese adult, but working hours kinda long and uncertainly,
most of the time will be quite late and even reach home at midnight.
*dont worry its a white collar workaholic
so housemate have to tolerate with this
(knowing some hyper sensitive will hate even small noise of gate or door)
