I am a Unifi customer since 2010
Now I shifter to a new landed house and they told me the port was full, this new house last time rent to a person and he subscribed to Unifi but I think he cancel it after move out.
Now try to apply for new line but they told me the port was full
So the dealer help me to check my neighbour and he say my neighbour port can used, so he say will email to TM internal ppl to change the infra but until now also no news from them
The dealer told me in worst case I can only subscribe to Streamyx 8mb @ RM140/mth
But I just done all my renovation and I had install the optic cable, and if now install streamyx I need to install another cable line
