Managed to upgrade from 10mbps to 30 mbps thru TM Point for this RM139 promotion. Weird part is the staff told me should not have the 600mins free call per month, but when i checked my profile at unifi.com.my, it still retained the 600min free calls and now package shown as Unifi 30Mbps Bonanza Campaign

They also said the same message to me. I just provided what I see in my own account in Unifi.com.my whereby the 600mins still retained. So can just treat this as out of surprise from TM .

My original package was RM139 (Special discount from TM to retain me since 5years ago) 5mbps, after the budget 2017 last year, TM having the Thank You Surprise campaign that upgrade my package from 5mbps to 10mbps. TM eventually upgraded my to 10mbps on Oct 2017 after several complaints to them . Then I saw lowyat forum said got this Bonanza campaign, then I called 100, customer service not sure abt the process, asked me to try in TM Point. Hence, I went to TM Point 6th Nov 9am, initially the staff said only eligible to new customer, then I said if like that, can I cancel and subscribe to the RM139 package. Then the staff asked the supervisor, when she come out she said CAN, as long as is from lower speed to higher speed is eligible to upgrade. Doing all the paperwork abt 30mins, after back to home received SMS said order completed. Immediately I restart my router, BANG, speed upgraded to 30Mbps (tested with speedtest.net)

I suggest u call 100 ask for it. Cos for myself I done at TMPoint muzium at KL, and my two brothers done thru just called 100.
