i think those who just signed up for the rm179 package, better cancel the contract and pay RM500 penalty. Then subscribe to this new rm139 (if u dont mind to downgrade your speed from 50mb to 30mb)..

after 1 year, u will save rm517

rm3536 + rm500 (penalty) = rm4036

total save rm4553 - rm4036 = rm517

rm179 Package
rm189.74 (incld GST) x 24 months = rm4553.76

rm139 Package
rm147.34 (incld GST) x 24 months = rm3536.16

I was on Streamyx 4.0M more than 3 years ago.
TM upgrade me to 8.0M (Stx Blockbuster combo 8.0M) in Feb 2017.
Now when I log into my Streamyx account, it say that
Service Start Date: 17 Feb 2017
Warranty: 12 months.

Does this mean that TM has extended my contract by 12 months after the upgrade even though my Streamyx 4.0M contract has ended?

Is my contract now expire only in 17 Feb 2018?
