I'm paying over Rm159 per month for stupid 10Mbps unifi. Would they allow this package where I would be paying less?

I just signed up for 30mbps for Rm139 from 10Mbps costing Rm149. As I demanded new router, wifi and cordless phone, the customer service gives me a new phone line. But no problem as only my parents call me to date.. hee hee hee

Change to time telecom then as time offering 100mbps for rm149 now. Over time should be even better value

Not for current existing customer. I've tried but TM system won't allow it (From 10mbps lite to new 30mbps). This is TMpoint Managerial level.

If someone out there can do it, please let me know how.

Actually better. You get new everything. To support 30mbps fully you need new modem. And your devices need to be able to support 5g. Else you get lower speed.
