ya. applied already at TMpoint. For new application and upgrade (RM value) quite easy and straightforward. But for application change to same or lower RM; those with contract cannot(need terminate, pay penalty and reapply), those without contract also need terminate and apply new.
chat with ask tm (live chat), told me the same. when i wanted to question more on termination and apply new, this bad CS just MIA & do not answer me anymore my unifi without contract but at 10Mbps RM149, so have to go and terminate and apply new 30Mbps RM139. damn, troublesome lah
