I'm using 50mb with RM179/month, which upgraded from 30mb. I just called in to TM and asked them if i can remove the hypptv charge (RM30/month)which already included in the RM179, and they said cant, as the hypptv already included in the package. There is no such thing as standalone internet on UNIFI, all MUST come in a package with hypptv. So actually when i looked at the bill, the internet fee is RM149 and RM30 is the hypptv. I asked if i can cancel the hypptv as i'm not using it, and to remove the additional RM30, and they said cant, as it already included in a package. So i'm paying RM30 monthly for the service that im not using for years.

All unifi package come with hypptv in it. RM129+GST package already included with hypptv (RM99 for internet + RM30 for hypptv). U can't remove hypptv from the package.

Unifi lite is the 10mb? RM129 for 10mb and RM139 for 30mb with hypptv. The actual cost for 30mb line is RM109 as hypptv will charge as RM30. So, RM129 for 10mb is not logic.

They said this 159 for 50 mbps is only for 2 years, after that the price will return back to 229/month. Currently im paying 179/month for 50mbps, so tried to call in and asked if i can get the 50 mbps for just rm159, the operator said rm159 is promo price which is valid only for 2 years.
