again, the 139 is for new registration, you upgraded.
you were half duped.

i renewed my contract.
it's not at the customer servicer's whim.
all in the computer system, so ask first.
in my case he offered when i said i want to cancel.

TM really push the limit.. up, down and then cancel price like no tomorrow. excuses excuses.

u can go to quill mall unifi branch there to terminate, depending on your location. yes if they follow sop, u will be changed rm500 if you are in contract with them. luckily for me, that time they help me to downgrade to rm139. you may also try maxis broadband for cheaper alternative, not sure the maxis line quality though. i noticed speed difference when i swtich to rm139 package.

So..... I went to Quill City Mall, terminated my account and asked for the Rm139 for 30mb deal as a new customer. Alas they said no, the deal is only for "new" customers ie those who have never subscribed to unifi (according to IC) and an address with no previous unifi account. Of course I told them that didnt make sense as how do they differentiate between someone who just moved into a new place with a previous unifi subscriber who just left the same place (if someone decides to reapply using a spouse's IC). They didn't have any proper explanation.

Anyway am off to try my luck elsewhere, MCMC and KPDNKK to complain for unfair and discriminatory practises. if all fails will consider Maxis.

Yes only for 2 years then revert back to rm199 but by that time you're free to switch telcos again.

U all still using Unifi damn good la
I am a Unifi customer since 2010
Now I shifter to a new landed house and they told me the port was full, this new house last time rent to a person and he subscribed to Unifi but I think he cancel it after move out.
Now try to apply for new line but they told me the port was full cry.gif

So the dealer help me to check my neighbour and he say my neighbour port can used, so he say will email to TM internal ppl to change the infra but until now also no news from them cry.gif

The dealer told me in worst case I can only subscribe to Streamyx 8mb @ RM140/mth rclxub.gif

But I just done all my renovation and I had install the optic cable, and if now install streamyx I need to install another cable line sad.gif

SIGH~~~
