Guys until today I have still not received my cashback for the big pay reload. Last call I have with customer service is that they say reload on e wallet is not qualified for CB

I thought the CB would be the first week of February 2020

CS just claimed that BP not eligible for CB.

Guys, I did not get my cashback in October for my top up in boost via ambamk true visa. Lol

How ah? Does it mean it doesn't qualify for it??

Basically, you just inquire from the CS about the transaction MCC.
If the transaction falls under exclusion MCC (for example telco MCC), you either perform additional top up to make up for the forfeited amount or file for dispute.
Whether you dispute is granted will depend on their management for approval.
