Just tried using Ambank world mastercard at plaza premier lounge level 2m, was told that cannot use it here, only in the smaller lounge in international departure, level 2.

This is sad considering that lounge is smaller compared to the one outside here.

Also not applicable if you are on Domestic departure.

I am assuming you are referring to KLIA2.
Yes, it is not in the list.

Referring to land side ppl at level 2m. The one at the mall side without needing ticket one.

That one is already excluded since last month. Maybe didn’t get to read the notification...

Ambank cards can now be considered "international" cards....only usable if your are travelling overseas....there is no more lounge access in any local airports for domestic travel.....if you are in kk or Penang, no access even for international.....

Called to cs this morning to request "cashback" to offset SST.

The option given is either redeem point to offset or pay it..

Indeed, slightly overprice by RM3.50 if use the same BLP amount can exchange RM28.50 in cash value, but is up to one's choice to offset SST using the points.

This sucks, only good thing the helpline is fast

Recent spending in SG I was charged the following surcharge when I calculated backwards @@
HSBC WM - 2.5%
Citi PM - 3%
Ambank WM - 0.2% WOW
