First of all, i am using the Ambank True Visa credit card which gives 3% cashback for online transactions.
I have received an update from Ambank confirming that the cash rebate for this particular card will be calculated as per 1st day of the calendar month until the end of that aforementioned calendar month. For eg: if you spent online on the following:
1) RM 30 on 29 April (suppose to get this on last month cash rebate)
2) RM 50 on 1 May (entitle for this month cash rebate)

After almost an hour of complaints, explanation, waiting, clarification, arguments and bla bla bla, the agent named Aideel apologised to me for telling the wrong info (which is the cash rebate shall follow statement cycle).
However, he will follow up on the wrong cash rebate amount and will update me again.
I shall keep you all informed once i got any confirmation from him.
