Anyone received room cash voucher for Swiss garden beach resort at Balok beach, Kuantan in softcopy (email)? No serial number as identification, seems everyone can use?

Yes, anyone can get the voucher as long as the payment is made with an AmBank Credit Card/AmBank Islamic Credit Card-i or AmBank Debit Mastercard only.

Hi, any of you guys using Bonuslink card? If i use at parkson etc do I need to swipe my bonuslink card?

Mine only softcopy with front page only..

Yes, i m using bonuslink card.

Experience at Parkson
1.Pass my parkson card and am/bonuslink card to cashier to swipe.
2. use other credit card (such ass pbb quamtum visa, mbb dual card amex) to make payment for higher cashback as compared to am/bonuslink

I have enquiries regarding Ambank Balance Transfer repayment.

Statement Date: 12 May 2018
Payment Due Date: 01 June 2018

This is statement from amonline
03 May 2018 Balance Transfer - 0 01st/12 (RM3,663) RM337.00


1. How do I find the Balance Transfer expiry date for Ambank?
Or the balance transfer is treated like normal retail spending?
So just pay according to statement and before payment due date?

Hmm…i assume you questions was asking

If i use ambank bonuslink credit card at parkson ,do i need to swipe my blue bonuslink member card ?

If this is ur questions ,then the answer is yes
The actual should be
1.use ur ambank bonuslink credit card to make payment (earn bonuslink point from ambank)

2.then use ur blue bonuslink member card to swipe for earn bonuslink point from parkson ,but actually you can use ur ambank bonuslink credit to swipe for earn point ,use it like the blue bonuslink member card ,as this ambank bonuslink credit card is 2 in 1 ,which mean it's a credit card it also a bonuslink member card ,no nid bring blue bonuslink anymore

Hi! I received my ambank bonuslink card in april.
I swiped my card within 30 days from card approval date, no 10,000 points were given.
I swiped my card at shell to collect the 10x points, no extra points were given.
Instead in my may statement, only 12 points were given for my spending of RM 40 on "other local retail transactions". I read in someone's post that they will only give these extra points after a few months, anybody received them? My main reason of applying this card was to collect bonuslink points, i feel cheated.

Same issue when got my card last year, use the card within 30 days but no 10,000 points rewarded. Lodge complain but was told need physical swipe instead online transaction. Within the 30 days, 20 days was wasted due to card trapped in ATM.

As per claim, 5% rebate if partial payment made..

I've been doing partial payments for 2 months consecutively, still see no rebate amount in my statement..

Any feedback? Thanks.

How much Rm you keep the outstanding balance that 2 months? In order to get 5% the amount must be rm5 and above. Mine,i keep the amount RM 5.01 every month.
