Update of OTP/TAC length for eCommerce transactions to 6 digits

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that effective 31 July 2019, all eCommerce transactions made with an AmBank Credit Card/-i will no longer receive eight (8) digits of OTP/TAC via SMS.

Cardholders will be required to key-in only six (6) digits of OTP/TAC received via SMS for all eCommerce transactions for AmBank Credit Card/-i.
