they will check ur IC and link to ur existing card
if can't find any then only assign a new one for u

I received my Ambank True Card on 03 August 2020 and I activate it on 07 August 2020, I topup / spend on BigPay on 08 August 2020 but until today i still not received my RM30 Cash Back.
Normally it take how long to credit into my account 
Is it still available for all card holder or selected card holder only

Received a call from 03-9418 5976 saying they are from HQ. Saying I have a credit card with Ambank which I don't have. They know my IC and my credit limit. Ask me if I want to increase my credit limit because 15 mins ago i transacted a RM13k transaction at Lazada which exceeded my credit limit. I told them I don't have this card they are like shocked! Then told me my card are applied while walking in to Ambank branch bla bla bla. I told them why this card is not shown on my Ambank portal? He said I personally request to "exclude" this card from appearing in my ambank online. I told them I suspected this call is scam and I will call to AMBANK personally to verify.

Yeah just be careful there are a lot of lowlifes out there trying to scam. I don't know what their intention was, because i didn't talk to them any further. Maybe some of you guys can try to talk to the scammer and see where it leads you

If you reload your BP on 1st June, please check back your statement whether it is backtrack on 31st May, as i kena cam tu and not getting CB.

Not really AmBank’s issue, it’s BigPay’s problem. It happens to other banks as well.

Actually AmBank True cashback is not FCFS, why the rush though? I usually only spend on 27th/28th of the month.
