Totally agree, Ambank is definitely one of the poorest service banks on credit card in Malaysia even on the premium card level.
Took them more than 1 months to approve my credit limit increase and VI supp card. Call many times in between but almost every cs give a different answer, some mentioned still processing, some mentioned no record in the system.
I have differ opinion as I consider AmBank’s customer service is fair and good in which their customer service agents will address ur title such as Dr. Dato and Prof. Very polite.
I am holding cards from differents bank and I rate their customer service proficiency as below,

1. UOB bank - Visa infinite and pvri miles - premium card level
2. Citibank - primier miles and clear - normal card level
3. Public bank - visa signature - normal card level
4. AmBank - visa infinite and world master - premium card level
5. CIMB Bank - visa infinite and world master - premium card level
6. Maybank - Amex 2 cards - normal card level
6. HSBC bank - Amanah platinum- normal card level
6. Hong Leong Bank - Mach visa signature - normal card level.
Ps: I category premium card level = annual income requirement more than 180k (uob visa infinite) or 120 k (AmBank, cimb visa infinite) and normal card = annual income requirement less than 120 k.
