1) Unfortunately I am NOT frequent flyer, 1 year MAX fly 10 times overseas, usually only 3-5 times. I have sufficient allowance as of now, don't really need an unlimited lounge access.
2) Seriously I don't have extra 200k (or 250k) to dump into FD. All my funds are tied to flexi house loan (I can still withdraw easily in case I need cash, then only I need to serve interest for my house loan).
3) If I have extra fund for priority banking, I will opt for better option. I seriously consider become AmSignature 2-3 years ago when we were still getting 5000 pts = 1000 miles and real unlimited lounge access (personal max 3 lounges access in a day with AMB card)!

I still have not receive Cashback for bigpay transaction performed end of July today. I called customer service and the guy says bigpay is not eligible for Cashback. And that it’s clearly stated that all quasi transaction (means top up transactions) is not eligible for Cashback.

I checked again terms and conditions for true visa- no such thing mentioned.
I also receive rebate for bigpay transactions performed in August.

Anyone has such experience where they get partial rebates for bigpay Transactions through true Visa card?

i also did not receive cash back in July for reloading bigpay.

this card is purely 1000 bigpay transactions.

Cash back on 27 Aug 2019 is for transaction done on 04 Jul 2019
Cash back on 19 Sept 2019 is for transaction done on 08 Aug 2019

Anyone manage to get SST rebate for Ambank TrueVisa? I read the thread seems like no one. but just curious.

Ambank only offers redemption with points. No chance to get rebase/waiver.

u got receive from Aug transaction?
if got use your aug transaction that got cb on sep for comparison, don't use others ppl for comparison, later same fate like Maybank and HSBC

Noted on the spending RM500 per visit of lounge for ambank card,
if i visit lounge on 1 Oct and 5 Oct, then subsequently when i Spend RM1000,
if counts the amount by total or by 500 by day.
Means if i just want to reload to e wallet, it is advisable to reload RM1000 in 7 Oct, or RM500 in 7 Oct, RM500 in 8 Oct ? or basically it makes no difference as long as i spend total RM1000.

No difference, as long as total is RM1000 within +/- 30 days

what happened with Maybank and HSBC?
i did receive cashback for Aug transaction, and some cashback from July transaction which is the one I was wondering about.
I wrote to Ambank customer service awaiting reply.

should be courier, got the approval SMS on 28/9/17 and received before 4/10/17
