You can use 7k Ambonus to get Rm25 rebate for points based cb card including Amb CR
True cannot use Ambonus to offset SST

I always got disqualified for 10x BL point for eligible transaction: This is the replied from ambank.

We wish to infom that in order to match a settlement with its authorization, both records must have the same date. This merchant XXX seems always send a different transaction date during settlement.

Our record show that , the transaction was performed on 2021/05/08, but settlement file sent the transaction date as 2021/05/09. Hence, the issue occurs.

At the same time, we wish to inform that the same issue is going to happen in next statement as the merchant has again sent a different transaction date for 2021/06/01 transaction. We appreciate you may assist to monitor in this, should the amount is not credited accordingly kindly let us know via this channel.

Again please accept our since apologies on the delay and inconveniences that has been caused.

My question:

1. I thought eligible cash back is based on MCC code?
2. 90% of the merchant posted date and transaction date is different. So we will miss out 10x BL point if we didn't check properly
3. In conclusion, if posting date and transaction date is different, we will only get normal BL point

.Please take note.

So every month i need to check one by one and pm them for manual claim the 10X BL point.

What a joke....

it's credit on your statement date, those not getting last month will get RM50 x 2 on this month statement
so others no need keep reporting as not credit on specific day

btw it is 10% only ya
the marketing staff might be thinking of 3 months 10% add up = 30% but in fact still 10%...

your last month statement out before they credit the 1st month cb, so this month u got 1st and 2nd month cb = RM50 x 2
