Hi

I just collected key for a unit in Johor.
Plan to renovate it (probably will find a one stop contractor to renovate since I cant monitor the progress myself, anyone to intro?)
Then after renovated, how do i rent it out ? In kl, normally I will asked several agents to market for me and I open the door myself.
But how can i do so in Johor? Ask the management to open the door for me?

Employ exclusive agency to handle your unit. Your key is only with that agency regardless any agents under that agency also can bring in interested client. Choose a good agency with team & efficient ones will be the key. If you select wrongly then bye bye. Who knows what will happen.
