In high end guilds, enhancement shamans have been outpacing rogues in DPS. Well, that is until the Blizzard nerf to the 5/4 WF bypass for the 3s cooldown. Basically a shaman just needs to use SS everytime the cooldown is up, whereas combat rogues have to maintain a strict rotation of skill use to maximze the DPS.
