Hi all

I'm married and waiting to get pregnant for 2 years. Doc said i got PCOS.I already try clomid n injection (FSH, LH) - 1x but failed. I need advise what i should do after this?
Im finding for more experince gynae or fertility doctor n cost near by klang velley. Please give me suggestion n advise.

theres a famous gynae near kuchai lama. Dr Ng Kok Chong. maybe you can consult him.

i assume you've already tried IVF or ICSI since you were prescribed clomid?

lose weight and metformin(consult your doctor on that if you are not on it yet)

Well, one option is to see the famous Dr Hamid Arshat.
a lot of people managed to conceive after his treatment.

try iui first, if cant then go for ivf/icsi.

I pernah ada PCOS last time and tried 3 times test tube pun tak jadi. doctor cakap my age 3X hard to get pregnant -.-. I have PCOS as well.
I been diagnosed by my Dr. when having ovarian cyst remover. He told me it would be quite challenging if I would like to get pregnant.
Have took metformin for 6mths then switch to Yasmin as I was single during that time.
After that I never go and see the doctor again as I don't like taking medicine especially those pills that will cause hormone changes.
That was 4years ago.

I get married last year and try to conceive after 3months.
I'm pregnant now.
What I can say is diet and exercise play an important role.
I have reduce my carbs and sugar intake (减醣饮食 if you understand chinese), replaced white rice, bread with brown rice and wholemeal bread.
Of course, I do control the portion as well.
3 to 4 times exercise (30mins cardio, 30mins weight training).

you need to see fertility specialist, not gynae anymore.

i recommend you read the book "it starts with the egg" - it details out the diet and supplement that PCOS needs to take to make your eggs better quality

If you are overweight, it will wreck havoc to your menstruation cycle. I have PCOS too and was overweight. Tried many things but only Keto helped me lose a significant amount of weight, causing my cycles to be somewhat regular again.

Didn't really try for a baby but got pregnant and gave birth to a healthy baby boy early this year.
