Nintendo has announced Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp for smartphones, due for release on iOS and Android in late November. The title looks much like other games in the Animal Crossing series, which traditionally see your character moving to a new location, interacting with the animal inhabitants, and customizing your home. This time around there's a camping theme, though — you're building up a campsite, which could make it seem a little smaller scale than the cities and towns in the full console releases.

The main focus of Pocket Camp appears to be crafting furniture from materials found in various areas, and your camper van home is as customizable as you'd expect. You're able to meet up with other players from your friends list and trade items. The game features free-to-play staples like countdown timers and microtransactions, as you'd expect.

Popular alternative apk repositories like Apkmirror and Apkpure check their .apk's cryptographic signatures with the ones from Play Store, they're safe. If you're still paranoid you can simply download Opera VPN and switch your IP region to US/SG (you don't need to keep it on to play). Unfortunately the servers are rather congested right now thanks to JP players so the best time to play for us is after midnight.

Gameplay wise it's pretty decent coming from a main series player. Collect/ catch stuffs, give to other animals for materials, use the materials to craft furnitures so you can invite them to your campsite and fill your buddy list. If you like collecting/ decorating this is perfect for you.



Landscape mode . Personally I find this way more comfortable to play. You can use apps to lock your screen to any orientation you want.

i pre-registered before the launch. so when its available on playstore, i got notified to download.

first day of playing is smooth no lag but second day become almost impossible to log in.

I just googled, find the apk via apkfollow, downloaded via chrome and then directly installed the apk on my phone. No problem whatsoever. But i am not sure whether this apk is legit or not.
