After many times of washing.. There is something white ish thing came out from the fabric. Not sure what is that. Is there a way to fix it?

Guys... I'm facing this second time similar problem on black color compression shirt. Last time was Nike. This time is underarmour.
After many times of washing.. There is something white ish thing came out from the fabric. Not sure what is that. Is there a way to fix it? |
