QUOTE(Eoma @ Apr 21 2007, 11:21 PM) Hi guys, just got my DFI mobo earlier today. Waiting for teh RAMs from shawty and will grab teh CPU + PSU and GPU (R600 where are you....) later on. This mobo shouldn't have any issues with the Silverstone Strider ST56F PSU right ? Coz i read a review of the DFI not booting with a 850W silverstone. Anyway, I'm so anxious to get this baby running ! Im running the DFI with an E6600 and a SILVERSTONE 850W and I did encounter boot up problems when I enabled the SPREAD SPECTRUM. I cleared the CMOS and after that everything was fine.

Regarding the power recycling thing, I believe you guys still experienced it right ? Whenever I turn on my pc, it will on for 2-3 seconds and then shutdowns itself and on back after that. LoL ~~~ I wonder will there be any fixes for this ? I read from somewhere that the P965 chipset with a revision C2 solves this problem.

I'm facing the same problem as well.... +12v reported as 11.77v and +5v reported as 4.91v.
Using Silverstone ST85ZF.... When i used my Acbel 500w, the +12v reported it as 11.91v....

QUOTE(matrism @ Sep 6 2008, 07:01 PM) guys! need help on my p965-s mobo! i tried to update my bios using the winflash. and after updating the mainblock.. it BSOD.. crashed! now my mobo won't post at all.. i got long beeping sound ,i know it indicates my ram but i changed it. still the same.. Is my bios 'kong' already? anything i could reset back to default or something. Oh ya already clear cmos and all. still the same. Any help?! Hi there, Which version of Winflash you were using when u did the flashing? Was it Winflash192? I would suggest you use Winflash184 as previously, I was using Winflash192 and it caused my BIOS to corrupt. Anyway, to ensure that it works, always try to backup your current BIOS with the Winflash software and monitor it whether does it hangs or not. If it doesnt, then you may proceed with the BIOS flashing. Hope that helps.
