hello boys rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif i got my new palit gtx 1080ti super jetstream, clocked it to 2.088 ghz with gpu boost on core and 11.4 ghz on memory, is that good overclock? 2.088 ghz got slight artifacting, sometimes my second 4k 70hz panel would get like a purple line verticle after intense stress testing. is that good oc?

Why not you try this? From what I know Pascal series memory overclocking is when your memory clockspeed is high, it doesn't mean performance will increase. There will be a point where performance will regress instead. This is due to the higher memory clock you go, the higher the latency which kills performance. So leave it at stock memory clock first.

Power limits play a huge role in Pascal OC. I'm sure you max out ? And when you do benchmarking, set the fan to 100% speed. It will help you with your boost clock.

sad.gif i cant turn up the power limit because the cpu is already heating up the whole case, stock power is already 75c, fanspeed is around 50% for realistic usage, for memory clock yeah i suspect that, though need to do some more testing

Delid your CPU  smile.gif
it should help lower down the temp quite significant.
