Type B at 950k is insane and if you really think to buy a property via Houzkey, then dont buy Tropika.You only have one advantage that is you can exit anytime you want but your biggest challenge is you enter-in by Houzkey would be a lot more expensive than outright purchase. And it is a lot, a lot more expensive than Tower A buyer.
Not sure if they maintain the same for Tower C, back then Tropika dont offer any discount if you buy with Houzkey compare to 6% discount given to standard purchasers.
