No problem fitting cos that measurement is going around the whole thigh. I'd always wonder how a dude like wonghong buys pants.. small waist and HUMONGOUS thighs. i'd like to have something like that tho.. but not till the point where i can't fit into off the shelf pants. (damnit... conflict of desire and convenience

even after the 120kg also felt too easy... need to increase abit more the next time around...)
i think the reason for this is because i've never did leg press before, and i wasn't used to the movement. so when i was finding my maxes, the weightage i could use was lower since it was my first time doing this workout

Overall the workout was ok. the leg presses felt light but then my arms felt like they wanna fall off by the time i was done.
Finally completed week 6. onwards to week 7-8!!!
