The new access bridge to sunway npe will be built so should be fast and easy access to Sunway~
Currently I am eyeing on several project namely, VistaOUG, TasikMas, (both RUMAWIP) and this Residensi Medan (SelangorKu). First-preference is Vista OUG which priced at 300K for around the same size but only 1 car park. Location wise is quite strategic, close to OUG (with abundance of kopitiam, market) and close neighbor to Bukit Jalil City.
TasikMas, location not good, amenities not good for me. Just price of 198K is attracting. Also with 1 car park.
Residensi Medan, low density, 2 car park, after discount about 290K+- (agent told me), and easy access to multiple highway, PJ old town, Sunway. But location wise, a bit meh~~ for me. But putting location and amenities aside, Residensi Medan win my heart

But considering that 2 factor, Vista OUG more appealing.

as both RUMAWIP are short walking distance to LRT (which I travel everyday to work). TasikMas amenities even worse.
