I didn’t face lags but would face abnormal battery drain even in max power saving mode sometimes. But like you said, a restart magically solved the issue.

IINM, iPhone X gets higher score due to their new A11 Bionic chip, not because of the amount of ram.

Sadly to say that after so many years,  Android still got a lot to catch up with IOS in term of processor speed. However, if you don't care about the scores and if you don't do mobile gaming, you won't notice much difference between Note 8 & iPhone X  in real life usage.

Here's what I did when Samsung recalled the Note 7. I was sad it was gonna leave me because I loved it so much. I brought it swimming. Pool was no more than 1.5meters deep. But I definitely played in the pool for more than an hour (bringing out of and into the water). Came out, first thing that I realised.. Shit..no sound.. Then I thought.. Oh well.. Gonna give it back anyway, not my problem. Went for a shower and saw the speaker holes being covered by water. Blow dry and tadaaaa.. Working like a charm again

Anyone have the similar issue? Auto brightness on. When under direct sunlight the screen will look slightly grey then will turn back to the vibrant colours

My note edge ( camera area) never got any scratches, and I was thinking whether it was also made of gorilla glass.

Most of the time I used my fingers to rub off the smudges of sweat and oily stains.

But on the finger sensor scan area got a lot scratches. Because on note edge we have to "rub down" our fingers on the button to unlock phone.

today went to apple store to touch the IphoneX, one lady tested infront me , and told his husband, the entire phone i dont feel special but overpriced, only thing that impressed me and look into it is the wireless charger. i was like err. hahaha

but tbh iphone x LCD is so much better when they put along side with iphone 7/8

Bixby Home and Bixby Voice had updated. But there are some problem after the update. Bixby no longer response to our voice properly and slow in capture the information correctly. Those had updated, good luck!

with naked screen... still will get micro scratches??? my note5 now alot naked... but Note8 same gorilla?

I thought it is supposed to be fast charging. Not expecting fast as in adapter style but at least faster than normal cables?

I installed accu battery and found that the adaptive fast charging happens at 1amp, not 2amp. At that time the battery is at 72%. Fast charging is highlighted as the charging option. Using the adapter and cable supplied with the phone. Is this normal? Or after 70%, to protect the battery, the current will be dropped?
