i hate this status from Poslaju
bloody hell, we give them a number to call if can reach anyone in the building but they don't
after failed, they delay it for many days for next delivery if you don't call
but when you try to call them, nobody pick up the phone at all everyday

and after few days later, you will their status updated 2nd attempt failed again   

you can't just walk in like that
need to call them one day in advance to keep the item for self-collect
else, they will have no idea where is the item
