It's not "better" from a spec perspective but better in terms of source code access.

Qualcomm is more developer friendly in that sense. This translates to more source built custom ROMs for SD instead of cooked ROMs for Exynos.

I haven't apply, but considering, i can say u will just feel the original screen, the coating is very thin, can't see at all with bare eyes, but definitely the protection is there, the promoter applied it on his own phone and let me try scratch with car key, really "wow"! not a single scratch can be found, very less review online since is new product, i think just release recently.

i think its region specific. On the box there are limited countries where we can use the phone. You could try to change your region to Japan before inserting the sim card. lol. I think.. Not sure..
