Btw, save your energy on explain why you purchase it with retail price. Some people in here tend to look down, or make fun of the people who have bought the device with higher price. Then they keep showing off and said how cheap are their device, what kind of gift they have received.

Mine was purchased during roadshow, had to go early, had to queue up, wasted about 2 -3 hours, paid with retail price. So what? I could say that I got a free VR headset (RM499), a clear view standing flip cover (RM249) with signature from Korean star (priceless?), screen protection 1 year (RM149), and also a selfie with Korean star (again, priceless). After round it up I could say my device is only RM3102 + a selfie with Korean star which is priceless. Should I be proud of it and keep showing off?

The answer is definitely no. Everyone has their own interpretation about how worthy of the price when they were getting their devices. As long as you, the owner is happy, then there's nothing to worry/regret about. And nobody should judge you on what price you have paid for.

well when you are spending 4k on a phone, the paint is expected to last at least for a while before it chips

if you say use for over 5-6 months of rough use

or 8 months with a little bit of care

then it starts to chip, its acceptable

if you google a bit (on xda), some of them only use for a month or 2.. then it starts to chip

WHILE other colors do not have reports of paint chipping

its definitely case from samsung, but problem is not everyone has it

and its still a rare case,  so its also high chance that its batch related

What do you guys do when the shops shows that they accept Samsung Pay but the cashier tells you that it's not accepted and never accepted before.

Most of the time when I want to use samsung pay, i will tell the cashier that I want to wave.. then when they activated wave on the terminal i just pop out my phone.. usually they won't say no or anything..

I always tell them I want to use Paywave, let them do the machine and you just take out the phone and tap it.
I never ever tell them SamsungPay. Cause most likely they don't know what's going on and they will reject you straight out.

Actually the shop cannot set the minimum limit to buy using our card. It confirm by BNM.

I usually go to Tesco, giant and aeon.

If I buy 4 items I will divide it into 4 transactions. I load spay into two phones with same account. My gf and me will pay for an item then walk back in within 5mins and pay again. Repeat this at a few different places.
